Buyer Terms
Orders placed on Festoya are binding once confirmed. Cancellations are subject to the caterer's cancellation policy. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
Caterer Terms
Caterers commit to fulfilling confirmed orders and maintaining service quality. Festoya collects a commission on each order.
Platform Commission
Festoya applies a service fee on each order. This percentage is clearly indicated during the ordering process.
Limitation of Liability
Festoya acts as an intermediary between buyers and caterers. The caterer is responsible for the quality of their catering service.
Modification of Terms
Festoya reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes.
